My main scientific aim is designing a model of blood-brain-barrier to enable investigations of the influence of the electroporation on the cells forming this barrier. Apart from that, I’m interested in skeletal muscle regeneration process. Especially, I’m investigating the possibility to implement cellular engineering tools into therapy of neuromuscular diseases.
