Zuzanna Mazur

I obtained my Master’s degree in Chemical Technology from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2026. I am currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Medical Biotechnology.
My research focuses on developing a non-invasive method for the early detection of plant diseases based on the analysis of volatile organic compound (VOC) profiles. In my work, I employ chromatographic techniques and chemometric methods to develop models capable of differentiating between healthy and infected agricultural products. In parallel, I conduct microbiological and molecular studies aimed at pathogen identification and validation of the applied methodology.
