In my work, I deal with research on the use of nanomaterials in miniature analytical systems for the detection of bioanalytes in physiological samples. My work involves increasing the selectivity of electrochemical sensors response, as well as lowering the detection limit. The studied nanomaterials will be used to develop the transducer surface and indirectly increase the selectivity of biological interactions at the molecular level. Initially, the research will focus on the development of devices enabling the rapid and reliable detection of isothermal products of nucleic acid amplification reactions.
