Natalia Lewenko

I conduct research on the development and optimization of Tumor-on-a-Chip microfluidic platforms designed to model pancreatic cancer (PDAC) under physiologically relevant conditions. My work focuses on designing, fabricating, and characterizing microfluidic systems for three-dimensional cell culture, including the simulation of fluid flow, nutrient diffusion, and cellular response to therapeutic agents.
