The scope of my PhD thesis includes the development and determination of analytical capabilities of (nano)softsensor arrays for bioanalytical applications. Chemosensor micells will be uzed as nonspecific receptors which will be organized in a softsensor array. When the nanosensors come into contact with selected bioanalytes, changes in optical properties can be observed, which will result in the formation of characteristic “fingerprints” of the tested samples. Methodology based on differential analysis with the use of nanomaterials has great potential as fast, universal and easy to perform tests, which can be for example used in medical diagnostics.
